As a seasoned professional in the construction industry, Ben has been a part of GL Construction since early childhood, starting by cleaning up garbage and lumber and gaining hands-on experience from the ground up. After completing high school, he started full-time work with the company, developing a strong work ethic and commitment to the craft. In 2010 he earned a Red Seal certificate as a Carpenter, a testament to his proficiency and expertise in construction.

In 2016, Ben reached a significant milestone by becoming a partner with the original founder, Dan Gossen, further solidifying his commitment to the company's legacy and vision. In 2022 he was overjoyed to see his brother Andrew join him and to then say goodbye to Dan as a partner in 2023.

Beyond his professional achievements, his personal life has been equally fulfilling. In 2015, he married his partner in life, Danelle, who serves the community as a registered nurse. Together, they are proud parents to three wonderful daughters. As a family, they share a commitment to both professional excellence and community well-being.
